How can I contact customer support?

Is my data and my customer’s data secure?

Yes. We will never share or sell your data, or your customer’s data.

Can Lawn Buddy integrate my customer data for me?

Yes, there are 3 ways of getting your customer data integrated into your Lawn Buddy account. 

  1. Sign in to your Quickbooks Online account through Lawn Buddy – your customer list will migrate to your Lawn Buddy account within 24 hours.
  2. Send a list to hello@lawnbuddy.com for upload
  3. For customer lists under 30, it is simple to add customers manually. Learn how here.

What devices is Lawn Buddy available on?

Lawn Buddy is available on all devices (desktop/laptop, iPad/tablet, all smartphones). You can download the app in the Apple Store or Google Play Store; or access Lawn Buddy on the web at pro.lawnbuddy.com.

Can I message my customers through Lawn Buddy?

Yes, all messages are sent to your customer’s email address. They receive a link to click which takes them to your entire chat history. No messages are sent via text message.
